Welcome from Mr Captain 2022/23

Welcome to Outlane Golf Club from Adrian Harrison, Mr Captain 2022/23

It’s a great privilege to be Captain of Outlane GC. I am proud and honoured to think that our
members asked me to take on the position and was delighted to accept.
Outlane GC is very well known for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and I invite you to come
and try our challenging course which is in fabulous condition. You will find a down to earth Club that
nonetheless maintains and upholds the traditions of golf, a superb body of members male, female
and junior, excellent catering and dedicated greens staff.
We have an excellent PGA Professional Rob Booth under whom the Club is really moving forward,
also a well-stocked pro shop and state of the art indoor teaching studio. Contact Rob for great deals
on membership, visiting parties, society packages and golf lessons.
Our catering is renowned and the clubhouse is a great venue for parties, lunches etc. Please contact
our catering manager Caroline for further information.
Our Rabbits section is a thriving one and in normal times plenty of friendly and league matches
are available. Congratulations to Jason Powell on becoming Rabbit Captain. We welcome Lady
members, our ladies are down to earth and very welcoming, and of course Juniors, the future of
golf. Get in touch with us if interested in having a chat about lessons and or a free trial.
I would like to thank Guy Bayley, our retiring captain who did a superb job in 2020/22, serving as
Captain for 18 months to help guide us through the lockdown and beyond.

Hope to see you soon golfing at Outlane.
